Job description:

• Assist in hiring needed Manpower (for all branches and head office) within a certain period of time
• Perform searches for qualified candidates and make screening interviews.
• Perform reference and background checks on applicants and employee referrals.
• Develop “AL Mokhtabar” employment branding by participating in employment fairs.
• Prepare recruitment status report on a weekly basis.
• Assist in any assigned task related to the HR (Job descriptions, KPI’s, medical care, etc).
