Please inform the receptionist or physician if you have recently taken iron treatment or undergone a blood transfusion.
If you are taking blood-thinning medication, please inform the receptionist or physician of the medication name, dosage, and duration of use.
If you are taking anticoagulant medication, please inform the receptionist or physician of the medication name, dosage, and duration of use.
Please inform the receptionist or physician if you are taking blood-thinning medications or have a history of blood clots or recurrent miscarriages.
Please inform the receptionist or physician if you have a history of blood clots, recurrent miscarriages, or are taking anticoagulant medications.
